For Buyers I use my local knowledge and experience, research resources, engineering experience, analytical mind, affable good nature, and expert negotiating skills to help you avoid pitfalls ,find the perfect home, build bridges, and to make the best possible deal. I always go the extra mile.
Born and raised in Ireland, Conor moved to Boston in 1987, where he worked for a company providing museum quality services to the fine art world.
From there Conor entered the United States Air Force in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm and served two terms as an Aviation Weather Forecaster before going back to school to study Information Technology. Conor is proud to call himself a veteran and is also grateful for the education and experience he gained while in service.
After his Air Force service Conor embarked on a career in the Information Technology sector first with Guinness and then with IBM working in technical, management and engineering roles finishing as a Data Center Consultant on a small team recognized by the IBM Chairman for delivering $41 Million in annual energy savings through optimizing Data Center facilities for energy efficiency. Working in IT took him on projects to many countries around the world such as the UK, Canada, Germany, France, Switzerland, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, India, Seychelles, Nigeria, Cameroon and Ghana, often for extended periods.
Conor Moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 2010 for the wonderful climate, family, the Gulf of Mexico, and all the things to do in the area. While finding his dream home in Florida he so enjoyed the process of researching in fine detail all of the things that matter to make a home and location just right that he decided to get his Real Estate License and make a career of it. He has since learned to love this career more than any other and has had success achieving multiple millions of dollars of sales volume each

In his spare time he loves the outdoors and the Florida lifestyle, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, running hiking, the beach, animals, soccer, rugby, table tennis, and keeping fit.
